Dan, you are misinterpreting something on the web page. The F&CA option is
$5 for all plans for Eugene, OR, save for the area wide plan, where it's not
available on that plan.

Just to clear up some confusion here there hasn't been any price hike
for the F&CA no roaming option. It's still $5/mo regardless of how
many peak minutes are on the plan.

PS: One bit of confusion is that the divider bar is there, and the text

I hear you. My own preference is that I wish they'd break=20
it down into more pages. Basic minute options on one page,=20
options on a second, Add-A-Phone on a third (along with AAP=20
options, maybe).
That would, however, get a bit complicated if a prospective=20
customer is trying to setup multiple lines simultaneously.
