Just signed & no problems Jade. You could have a corrupted cookie on your
computer. I'd suggest you shut down your browser, then do a search on the
hard drive, Start - Search - Files, for all sprintpcs files, and delete all
    the cookies.

    Bob,

I have tried that too. No luck at all. I think sprint is having a moment.
Maybe it will be fix by June!

If you are using IE, is it up to date?
    Start IE
    Click HELP.. About Internet Explorer..
    What version do you see?
    What Update versions?

I would expect to see..(on XP)
    Version: 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.040919-1003
    Cipher Strength 128-bit
    Update versions: SP1....
and the highest 'Q' number would be Q867801.

Another way check the problem.. Try logging on to your account from another
    PC!
If you get in from another PC.. go back to your PC.. If you still cannot get
in ...Problem is on your PC....
    I would then do this:
    1) Again do what Bob said
    2) Close all open windows of IE down... Right click IE.. Select
Properties...Under "Temporary Internet Files" Select Delete Files.3
    3) Now re-try....

I have try all of this. my husband has tried to log in from his system
and it still does not work. It seems that is a problem with the system
(sprint) after speaking with tech support.
