Wireless web cache

Is there a way to refresh a web page on a Samsung 8500 or in general?
Some sites I go to have the original content I got on my first hit
(such as NWS www.srh.noaa.gov/wml/). I can get updated weather for a
new city but get the original report for an existing city.

Nice to hear someone is still using an 8500 . I don't remember what I did
on my 3500 way back when, save that it may be just turning off the phone,
and then turning it back on.
