[Q] SprintPCS cancellation within 14 days: Termination fee?

Hi,

I bought my phone from amazon with SprintPCS plan, activated my phone,
and at about 11 days cancelled my service within 14 days of activation.
I still have the phone, and will be returning it by mail to amazon.
What I am worried about is whether the phone needed to be returned to
Sprint, rather than amazon. But as far as I know and what the Sprint
rep said was that my phone was deactivated and that I will not have to
pay the termination fee, and that I could return the phone to amazon.

I just want to make sure I don't have to pay the termination fee.
Anyone with advice about the details of cancellation without the $150
termination fee?

It should be as they said ... Just make sure you have a receipt on when you
shipped the phone back.

SprintPCS allows you to cancel your contract within 14-days of activation
without a termination fee. They should also return your deposit to you (if
you paid it at the time of activation). You do lose the activation fee,
and the first 11-days worth of service charges.
