Inconsistent Invoice on the website

I was checking my usage online and thought I would see if I had my new
charges posted yet. I looked and saw 2 inconsistent figures--and both
of themare old. Do they not update this information until the new
invoice is printed?

I've noticed that myself, but a long time ago.

Sometimes it changes a few times a month, but my bill is always the
same in the end.

It seems that the "Invoices" pages are static. Once charges show up
on those pages, they never seem to change until the next invoice comes
out. However, the "Payment Options" pages seem to updated regularly.
I was given a large credit for an incorrect charge right after my last
invoice. The "Invoices" pages have never been updated to show this
credit. However, the"Balance Due" amount shown on the "Payment
Options" pages were corrected the next day.
