About 4 or 5 months ago i moved from new orleans back to my home town of
alexandria,la i never had any problems with sprint until i called and told
them to change my billing address then i had my number changed at that
point i asked the girl are there any extra charges or anything i need to
keep an eye out for she said no everything is fine your number has been
changed so that month i had to call in to get my bal because i never
recieved a bill and my bal was around 35.00 which i knew couldnt be right i
called sprint and talked to them and they said that that was all i owed so
i went and paid the bill and the next month my bill shot up to almost 300
dollars i called and got the run around, i spoke with about 3 or 4 agents
no one could give me a straight answer on any of the questions i had
finally i was told that i had a bill left from my old phone number i
explained to them that i called to see what the bal was for that and he
ended up putting a credit to my acct. after that for 2 months sprint was
telling me i was going over my min like 300 or 400 min which is impossible
because i work from 9am to 12pm theres no way i could use that many min
thats why i got that plan in the first place. well one day my phone got
turned off and i called and the girl told me i was paying for two cell
phones and i exp to her that i only had one so she told me ok well im going
to give you an extention and give you courtesy min this happened on and off
for about a week every other day my phone being turned off well i went and
paid my bill recently which was outragous 200.00 and which was about a week
ago yesterday they turned my phone off again and i called in a girl
informed me that i had a bunch of temp credit on my acct and that after
10days those credits come back so i now owe another 300.00 and that there
is nothing she can do for me and asked me how i would like to pay by credit
card or check. i had had enough by now so i waited a while to call back i
then called back getting some man named juan that could barely speak
english i couldnt understand anything he kept transferring me to customer
service and they kept sending me back to him finally i had had it i wanted
to speak with a supervisor and juan agrued with me that i would have to
make a payment to speak with a supervisor finally he put me on hold for one
and i was on hold for an hour i hung up called back and got a very nice man
which suggested that i speak with his sup the sup then got on the phone and
was very unproffesional.....he asked what he could help me with and i began
to tell him my problem and he yelled are you making a payment and i said no
and he said well i cant help you and i then asked if he was a sup and he
said yes i am and he said we just want you to pay your bill and i said i
just paid 200.00 a week ago then the sup said well ma'am if there your
refusing to pay your bill there is nothing i can do for you thank you for
calling sprint have a good day and hung up. At this point i had had it i
was just going to cancel my service with sprint i couldnt believe a
supervisor acted like that I work at a call center for a cell phone co and
i know if i acted that way i would have been fired. I then called back and
got a very nice girl she listened to me and got her sup on the phone he
apologized and took all the temp credit off i thanked him but advised him
that if it happened again i was cancling my service

I was scared at first too. People really should learn a
language and stick with it long enough to develop some skill at
    expressing themselves. Call me old-fashioned.

The gist of the message, though, is that she really did get
screwed over. She appears to have been charged for a phone that wasn't
registered in her name. Somehow when she changed her billing location
    her records were corrupted.

The upshot is that after she experienced some frustration and
rudeness from worker ants, SPCS recognized the problem and fixed it

    Talk about an anticlimax. DGI

Re: Sprint trying to screw me over

u are good because I would have never paid so much and went through so
much with them, I would have canceled service and paid the fee for
breaking my contract and that would have been that

    Uh, Courtney:
If you expect people to read a long post like that, you should at
least give your readers the courtesy of using proper capitalization,
punctuation, and paragraph breaks. It makes reading so much easier.
Notice how many responders mentioned that they couldn't get through
    your post?

Unless you were just talking to yourself.........
