Until RIAA shuts it down for copyright violations.

The record labels are realizing there's significant money to be made
serving up "real music" ringtones, and they want their "fair" share.
And they'll shut down anyone that won't provide it. I've heard rumors
(but nothing confirmed) that 3gforfree is already served with a
cease&desist letter.
