    Wrong. Tried it. Didn't get billed PCS-PCS.

    They must've fixed that little bug then. I remember using 11+ to get to
    other people's voicemail when I didn't want to disturb them with a
    direct call, and it wouild always bill as PCS2PCS.

    However, calls to their phone number that then rolled to VM did NOT get
    billed PCS2PCS, and used minutes. Strange.
