Took me about five minutes to figure out that the way to get to
your plan & invoice details on the latest redesign of the
SprintPCS website was to click on the "Manage" tab. How very intuitive.
I wonder how much the outsourced graphic designers and project
managers got for that great idea?

At least you were able to get in. I have not been able to get the site
to recognize my password even though CS veerified it twice...

    Two possible answers.

    1) For those that have had service for less than a month, they may not be
    able to access their account.

2)You may have a corrupted cookie on your system. Try closing out your
browser, going into Start - Search Files, do a search for sprintpcs, and
delete all the cookies then show up. Then crank up your browser, plug in
your phone number with no dashes between numbers, put in your password, and
    see if that works.

Don't know what took you so long, I found how to 'sign in' in about 10
seconds. It' very intuitive: you choose MYPCS (since you aren't Nextel or
home plans), plug in your phone # and then your password. Now remember
sometimes SPCS wants your letters small case and sometimes large case. Once
you sign in, it's nothing but the old pages below the yellow banner.

Finally got it to work. Can see the 2 sides for Sprint and Nextel they
set up. Everything else is the same once I get in deeper.

I can login with dashes in therefore it does not matter.
