I had an issue with Sprint that I couldn't resolve with *2 CS. Asked for
"Executive Customer Service," was given 877 349 4413 as the number but
talked to a true idiot who repeatedly only offered to resolve the problem by
selling me an additional line, something I wasn't the least bit interested
in. This can't really be their high-level customer service line, can it?
Anybody know a number I can call to deal with a Sprint CS person who has
some snap and has the authority to resolve issues? (This involves a credit
I'm requesting, and possibly leaving Sprint and waiving early termination
fee.) Thanks.

Why would you think SPCS is going to waive the ETF, if you leave before your
AA is completed?

Maybe he's going to threaten them.
