Mobi TV, ESPN?

Looking at mobitv.com I now see Espn3G listed. Is this live ESPN? Or a
generic show that has recaps? I want to watch a CFB game on this weekend and
I'm not at home. I don't currently have data or mobi turned on my phone, but
I had it before. Before I spend the $, I want make sure I can watch, or at
least have constant updates.
