I am ready to get a new phone - I'd like to get one without a camera -
there's too many places you can't take your phone if it's got a camera - and
with Bluetooth - I'm in CT, which just went hands-free in October and I am
already tired of the wires. Any recommendations?

Right now, all of Sprint's phones with Bluetooth have a camera. You
*might* be able to call Telesales and get versions of the Treo 650 (if
such a version exists) or the PPC 6600 without a camera. Those are the
    only options I know of.

I also know that there are Bluetooth adapters out there for non
Bluetooth phones. It's another item to clip onto your belt (or wherever
the phone stays), but it is, at least, wireless. I have the adapter
that Jabra sold with the BT200 headset a couple of years ago. It's
    worked for me.

Those both look like PDAs - I already have one - I'm just looking for a
    phone.

Is that something I could get at the local Sprint store?

when you go to the Palm site....there is an option to get the Treo 650
WITHOUT a camera...it's Bluetooth and has Palm and internet capabilities.
The only thing is...it's very costly....near 500 bucks if you're just buying
    it without a plan.

if you're looking for a cheaper Bluetooth phone...try the LG PM-325...i love
mine. The only knock is that it does have a camera (which i never use). It's
much cheaper than a treo and it works well.

The Bluetooth adapter for non-BT phones? That's where I learned of the
    BT-200 one.

But that was on the web site for accessories back then, too. I don't
    see that now.

    It's possible, though.

I've seen the BT-200 at a plethora of "office stores."
