    Try buying refill cards from staples, office depot, or ebay. Ebay often
    has $100 cards for less than the 100. If you are a Staples or Office
    Depot rewards member you should get money off coupons for larger
    purchases (example: got a "$15 off $75 purchase" coupon from OD this
    month).
