Does anyone have any good information on an intended or planned release date
for Sprint's version of the new Treo 700w?
Thanks.

When the Verizon version was released, it was with the understanding that
Verizon would have 6 months exclusivity. There has been speculation that
Sprint will have it sooner. There has also been rumors of a 700p (Palm OS)
on Sprint in the next few months.

Re: Treo 700w for Sprint
Thanks for the scoop.
Since I have the 650 now, going to a 700p would not be something I'd
seriously consider, but the 700w, if it works as written, will be a very
powerfull tool.
My company runs a 2003 Exchange Server. My understanding is that the new
700w can sync over the air with the Exchange box, so that you're updating
the calendar, contacts, tasks and memo's. The 650 can pull down mail if
your doing pop and it can pull the calendar and the mail only with the
exchange client, if you can get the darn thing working.

Re: Treo 700w for Sprint
Well, hopefully I didn't jump too soon, but I was impatient and just ordered
a Sprint PPC-6700.
This will at least allow me to get the ball rolling on Exchange Active Sync
and if the device doesn't work out perfectly, typically of me, I'll just
sell it and go to a 700w when they are released.
