I recently got a new LG LX350 phone with a 2-year commitment to the $30
450-minute plan. This phone has a built-in still camera and video
capability.

Is it possible to download these pictures and videos directly to a
computer via a Bluetooth dongle? The only option that Sprint customer
service offered was to add $5 a month to my bill so that I could first
upload pictures to the internet and then download them to the computer.
Seems like a wasteful, roundabout way to get it done. Not to mention
it's a 17% increase in my bill!

While we're at it, shouldn't I also be able to edit and backup my
contacts onto a PC via bluetooth?
