You can always avoid the IVR. It's real easy. Just tell it Customer
Service as soon as Computer Lady starts talking. Then say it again
when she asks if she can help instead. You'll be forwarded straight
into the CS queue and talk to a real person. I've done this for many
years with Sprint and it's worked EVERY time.
As others have mentioned, your account should be close. However, if
you would like to talk to them at CS and verify, my trick will get you
through every time.
