    HEY, it's the invisible man. YES I DEFINITELY have done this. It's
    calling Dumping the "dead weight". In Her case, it was "Dump the psyco

    If Sprint had a decent customer service, I wouldn't have a problem with
    dropping excessive calling customers.

    But sometimes you have to call multiple times to solve only a simple
    problem.

    Instead of dropping customers, why don't they drop some CS reps-then hire
    some competent ones.
