I used Celltrade to initiate a transfer of service for my current cell
phone plan. The family members I got on it with are not paying their
share and I desperately need to get rid of it (yes, lesson learned
LOL). Sprint is bouncing me back and forth between CS on the phone and
my local store. One rep tells me to go into the store, the store tells
me no. One rep tells me to have a conference call with Sprint and the
other party. Its just a nightmare for me. I was so hoping this
could've been done online or over the phone. The problem is I'm in a
wheelchair and its very difficult for me to get down to the local
Sprint store. Any help or suggestions to help make this go smoother?
