Fusic phone no longer detected when in USB mode

Hello. My Fusic phone is no longer working on the my computer when I
use USB mode to transfer pictures to the computer. It has worked quite
a bit before and truly just stopped working. One problem I had when
using it was Windows would always detect a new device when inserting
the phone, but I would quickly go into USB mode on the phone and then
Windows would see the phone as a removable drive. Windows will no
longer detect the phone when it's just plugged in to the computer or
when it is in USB mode.

Is there any remedy to this problem? Any suggestions are welcome.
