    Very true... ;-)

    In addition, Sprint's and AT&T's data card/tether caps are of the "soft"
    variety- they warn you to cool it first (if you exceed it habitually),
    rather than cut you off or charge you extra, as opposed to, say, Verizon's
    hard 5GB limit- exceed that and they simply charge you $0.49/MB over.
    That's only $500/GB or so... ;-)

    So far, my account is still showing "unlimited" for my tethered data
    service, so I'm hoping it stays that way as long as I don't change
    plans. A warning does beat the heck out of an unexpected extra charge
    though... :-)
