Invoicing service.
You will begin receiving paper invoices effective immediately. Should you
choose to return to Online Invoicing, please visit www.SprintPCS.com to
re-enroll. "
What hell is going on, I am always pay my bill on line, on time?

That's weird. Never heard of us doing that. I've heard of some scams
recently with ID thieves emailing you and putting a link in the message to
what APPEARS to be a legit site trying to get you to "reenter" personal
information. *maybe* it's that, if they've spoofed the "www.sprintpcs.com"
in their message to a different URL.
I'll see what I can find out, but the "web guys" don't usually say much to
Customer Care.

Perhaps your email service has bounced a few emails back to them and they
automatically switched to the reliable USPS paper backup???

It doesn't look like that's the problem. Otherwise y ou probably
wouldn't have been given te option of re-enrolling.
Chances are, Sprint might've gotten a bounced message or something
indicating that their notification to you that your invoice was ready
didn't make it to your inbox. Could've been a mail server that went
down for a bit or something.
I'd re-enroll, and see what happens.
