Where Can I Find A Better Users Manual For The LG5350?

I recently saw a message concerning where to download a better LG5350
users manual (better than the one that comes with the phone). I thought
I saw that message here, but now I can't find it, even after a Google
search.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
