O/siris I don't know how long you worked for PCS but I did for 3 years
prior to 2002. Several trainers from our call center went to India as part
of the SWAT team and I know up until April of 2002 they did mostly
activations. I don't know what's changed since then but my call center's lob
went from activations to CAS back to activations then to activations with
CAS overflow.
So it is possible that someone in KC thought the Indians better suited from
a different LOB.

i work for an indirect deal of Sprint and (just estimating) of the last
40 activations I have done, prob about 34-36 of them have been with an
Indian Spritn activations rep. I was amazed when I didnt get one, aybe
its just my market that is getting all calls routed, but my customers
get so pissed when they can't understand them on the phone
