I have been unable to connect to my pcs vision/wireless web for several
days. I keep receiving an error code 3000. What can I do and what is this
    error?

Also, how do I access the page to retype my userid and password, I somehow
turned it off and can't seem to find a way to reenter this info

    3000
Error Code #3000: Network timeout. Please try again.
Traffic channel is open but the handset gets no response from network
(analogous to a Mobile IP setup failure). This error message appears after
    60 seconds of no response.
If you deleted your password you can't log in. Try *2 and reprovisioning
vision. I can't think of anything better. Can anyone else help?

Looks like someone's already told you what error code 3000 means. He's dead
on. One simple solution I've been able tog et to work is simply to try to
get online, let the error happen, and then pull the battery off the back.
No buttons pressed, just take the battery off. It must remain off for AT
LEAST 60 seconds. A full minute. Put the battery back on, turn the phone
on, and try again. About 80% of the time, that works.

    ???

There should never be a reason to type your user ID into the phone. The
phone is supposed to handle that for you. If you start getting login errors
like 67 or 1012, try pressing MENU/8/3/3 from the main screen. That'll
direct the phone to "Update Profile." Basically, the phone requests the
user name, the login password (aka Vision Password), and reconfirms a couple
of network addresses. Takes 2-4 minutes.
