And just what help is this newsgroup going to do for SPCS, Philly? You think
that you are making any impact on how SPCS conducts business?
You are off your meds ... or maybe on them @ double doses ...

Continue lying, and I'll continue calling you out, as I've said previously.
Now. Let's see. I apologize, I thought it was O/Siris that said this, but
it was SPCS Tech. I quote:
"Also, if I wanted to say:
'Philipe, why don't you re-think your one-track thought process that is
as monotonous as the ESN FFFFFFFF displayed in binary and call us back
when you get some common sence'
It is also not the word of Sprint PCS, it is my own opinion"
The meaning of this is pretty clear to me. It's not "This is how I
feel about you." It's "If I said this, it would be my own opinion and
not that of my employer." Pretty standard disclaimer.
In your followup you snip out everything except
"Philipe, why don't you re-think your one-track thought process that is
as monotonous as the ESN FFFFFFFF displayed in binary and call us back
when you get some common sence"
and post your smarmy little reply.
And you deny being dishonest?
You're a liar, you obviously have an agenda, and you will twist people's
words every which way to make your point. You don't do a good job of
twisting, either, and it's apparent to many people in this newsgroup that
you have an agenda because you do a crappy job of hiding that fact.
I note with some disappointment that you also recently infested
alt.cellular.verizon and I'm waiting for you to start playing the same
games there.
Go ahead, Dickhead. Make an excuse for taking SPCS Tech out of context and
turning around and using the misquote as an excuse for being a jerk. Wait.
I know - "sprintpcs-sucks.org made me do it!"
Or, "The voices in my head are telling me to do it!"
Or both.
I challenge you to reply HONESTLY to this post and tell me and the rest of
the newsgroup regulars why you feel the need to play the little word games
you're playing. But you won't, you'll just whine that I'm insulting you.
Well, no. Actually, THIS is an insult:
Philippe, although I don't believe Sprint is perfect, I think you are a low-
life slimebag who has nothing better to do but sit at his PC, typing with
one hand with his weenie in the other, spewing your idiocy onto Usenet. You
need to get a life, if that is possible with the personality of a pirahna and
the IQ of a brain-dead gnat.
There. NOW you have a reason to complain about me insulting you. You're
welcome.

With your "If you don't agree with me, you're wrong" attitude,
one can only hope that your profession (assuming that you're
old enough to work), in no way, has any influence upon the
minds of people not old enough or intelligent enough to know
better (e.g., elementary school children).

Yes. Guilty as charged, but I admit I've gotten to the point where I
actually enjoy the witty repartee with this particular troll.

Nor are you with your "cause" turning handle time into something enormous,
as if it's unique to Sprint. try something for me, Phillipe. Look at your
minute plan, and see if you can take 5:31 (just to use one of the more
radical numbers you've posted) explaining it.
I had four calls tonight that were almost 3 minutes each. Each one:
> Caller: I'd like to download ringers on my Samsung A460.
Me: Sure. It's free for the first two months, then $4/month after that.
> Caller: Free?
Me: For the first two months.
> Caller: And if I cancel it?
Me: As long as you cancel before your second bill is printed, nothing.
You're done, and the ringers stay on your phone.
> Caller: How many ringers do I get?
Me: You get 8 downloads a month. Remember, though, that your phone has to
go online to download those ringers. Without Wireless Web service, that's
39¢/min while you do that. If you get Wireless Web service, then it treats
your online time like a phone call, using minutes from your plan.
> Caller: Really? And how much is that?
Me: It's also free for the first two months, then $5/month after that.
> Caller: And I can cancel that, too? And no charge?
Me: Before your second bill, yes.
Obviously, more words were used. But you tell me, Phillipe, how would I
stretch that out beyond 5:31?

So, it's the exeption that proves the rule.
Now, counter balance that with the lies Justin has been given,
or PCS Tech ripping folks off telling them to take a Sprint phone to
Europe when he knows it won't work cause its not GSM.

You love twisting words around????
First, how the hell am I ripping off people if they can't use their
phone? As for the 'try it' comment, I get asked a lot about places
OTHER than Europe by CURRENT customers.
A customer asks me about a country that I don't know, I'll first try to
find an answer, and if I can't I'll suggest to take it with them and see
if it works (the people I dealwith are smart enough to understand
international roaming and long distance charges, too, which I do
explain).
How is a comment like "I don't know if your phone will work in Honduras,
since you're already a customer, why not take it and try it, since I
can't find an answer in my system. Just to let you know, there will be
international roaming and long distance changes which can be a couple
dollars a minute".
How is that ripping someone off?

You're nothing if not predictable, Philly. Four calls. AVERAGE handle
time, not rock hard limit. There's no electric shock, no escort to the
door, and no overseer with a whip. For each of those three minute
calls, even with that silly "limit" you stated, that gives me more
minutes to explain something more complex to the next customer(s).
Heck, I spent over an hour on one call helping a customer switch from
Startacs to 8100's, upgrading his plan to be compatible with Vision
service, and helping him understand what the plan provided. Know what?
The guy asked to speak to supervisor to rave about me, and not only am I
not fired for going over an hour, I even get a little goodie (nothing
fancy. Last one was a car shade) for the call.
