Hang in there Justin, he's not the groups moderator, just a misguided
SprintPCS apologist. You have been most temperate in your remarks, and
far less judgemental than most other folks would be treated the same way.

I have not updated the web site yet. You are correct that it is inaccurate.
Since moving out here, which took four days during which I could not do
any production work, I've been trying to catch up on my contract work and
the other work I get paid for. I apologize for not updating the site sooner.
I need to update the list of services I offer also.
And not that it's any of your business, but I will explain why we moved:
I can work from anywhere. My servers are still in Cleveland, but I do
all of my work out here.
However, my wife, whose background is in education, found no decent
jobs out in Lake County. She is from Apple Valley, has worked in the
schools here, and teachers and other school faculty actually get treated
decently and paid better here. California is much better if you are looking
for a career in education than Ohio is.
It wasn't exactly an easy decision to move from a place where I grew up,
where I genuinely felt comfortable living, to somewhere I'd never even
visited before this spring. My wife's family is here and provides a great
support system, but I've never lived outside Ohio before. It was a huge
move. Looking back, I've decided it is best for my family, but it was a big
decision.
Now, I am going to challenge you to find some proof that I have any
relationship with Sprint other than as a customer. You won't ever post
a reply to this, because that is your MO: when someone asks you to back
up what you say, you ignore it. Hm. How about your allegations over in
alt.cellular.verizon that I am also selling AT&T and Nextel? That's
pretty amusing. Now offer proof.
The traffic in this group has grown exponentially. A ridiculously large
percentage of the posts I see are from you, pushing your stupid, paranoid
agenda (as well as people replying to you). If I thought Sprint could do
no wrong, I'd not have posted many of the things I have posted recently,
including every last post to Justin where *I AGREED WITH HIM.*
But you ignore that, just as you like to ignore other things people tell
you, in an effort to push your little conspiracy theories. That's right,
Philippe, everyone's out to get you.
So yes, I've insulted you. I think you're an obnoxious asshole that is
not even capable of an intelligent or entertaining troll. Your drivel
grew old *long* ago. I had stopped replying to you, but when you level
your idiotic little attacks at me personally, I feel the need to reply.
So... Where's your proof, Binky? Back up what you're saying about me. Yes,
I MUST be selling Sprint phones because I never have anything bad to say,
right? Do I have to quote URLs from Google Groups to prove you wrong?
Waiting for a reply which I'm sure will never come....
**SJS (OBTW, if you killfiled me, why have you been replying to me?)

Google Groups is your friend, but here's the Cliff's Notes:
Justin had Sprint for about five months before the service degraded
to the point where he couldn't use it. He tried to cancel and had a
horrible time attempting to convince Sprint to waive the early term
fee on his account, and basically had to jump through several flaming
hoops to get things cleared up. He is no longer a Sprint customer.

1) I've had some discussions with people here who seem to disagree for the
sake of disagreeing. O/Siris is one, and in more than one post he complains
about not knowing any details whatsoever about how the JD Powers survey was
prepared. I found an article that explains some of this. You don't have to
read it. Nothing I've posted has been repititious except for having to
explain peices of my story to those who missed out or have reading
comprehension problems. O/Siris asked for this info, and I'm providing it
for him. If you don't like it, please don't read my posts. It's simple.
2) I have left Sprint and WILL discontinue postings once my final bill has
arrived showing the correct balance. This should be in about a week. I
will not linger and post any longer after this occurs.
3) It's also stupid people that insist that Sprint's customer service record
is defensible.
4) I wonder if Sprint will miss the 78,000 customers that dropped their ass
in 4Q 2002 alone.

Exactly. I think goodeye meant to say that SprintPCS won't *notice* us
among the other tens of thousands that will leave Sprint each quarter in
2003.

P.S. - I didn't write the long part of that article. It was in Newsweek (or
U.S. News) and several other cell phone online publications recently.

Re: For O/Siris - JD Powers explanation
In the past few months I would have to say that the reps have gotten nicer,
but there is still a problem with their knowledge. It still amazes me that
I can call and speak to three reps and get a different answer from each one.
They are very nice about it, but still need massive training. If it wasn't
for executive services and a very nice retention plan, I would have left a
while ago.
Just my two cents.

At 3% per month, its over a million every quarter. They get it down
below a million, it''ll be a huge moral victory.
According to the SprintPCS web site, now you Must take an Advantage
Agreement with the posted rate plans, they're certainly entitled to
do that, but I question how its now an Advantage?

I think training is definitely another issue that needs addressed by SPCS.

Ah, I notice that Phillipe has posted more stuff on this newsgroup
and has not yet addressed the issues contained in this post...
"Killfiling" is a convenient excuse to avoid making valid counterpoints
to any of the points I've made.
Next step: he will attack me as a Sprint apologist.
Personally, I'm going to go have Labor Day dinner with family, so I
probably won't see the replies until tomorrow. If they even show up,
that is.

You're lying all over again, Philly the bigot. Justin's specific complaints
have been called valid by every single poster claiming to work for Sprint.
It's when he moves beyond his particular example that he starts to sound as
inane as you are.
