This has happened since day 1 (early-Feb 2003) for me on my N400. I just
finally gave up.

Well I finally got my shortmail fixed. Apparently it was some network
issue that happened when I changed phones, the escalations department or
whoever they are were able to fix it.

My advice to someone calling sprint to check on this and they tell you
that they will write a trouble ticket, tell the person writing the
trouble ticket that you give them permission to delete your shortmail
and email. It'll save you a two day wait.

You mean the accounts, or just all the content therein? We don't have=20
that granular a control of the system for account actions like that. We=20
can delete the old Vision username, and create a whole new one.

If it's a matter of deleting all messages, we do that the same way you'd=20
do it: via the "Manage" page on sprintpcs.com

Partial correction: We don't have that kind of control at first tier. =20
It has to be done by the guys who get the trouble tickets. Unless we=20
blow away the whole user account and start anew.
