The odds are SprintPCS wont have him whole on the next bill,
they could have easily fixed it already IF THEY WANTED TO,
I have seen executive services apply INSTANT CREDITS, so why
make him wait for yet another billing cycle??

This is a free country, I think you should if you have a continuing
interest in seeing how SprintPCS Customer Service is doing.

Wouldn't it be easiest just to telephone the Costco store you are
thinking of visiting? I note their web site does not show any SprintPCS
phones. Your Costco store might have different stock than one that some
    other poster is near.

Several users have said they have used Costco's lifetime satisfaction
warranty to get repairs or replacements of phones that SprintPCS would
    not touch.

I schooled you. You don't even understand the technology your company uses.
Not that you'd ever admit that.

Yet another genius throwing out the "liar" accusation. I may leave, I may
not. If it bothers you this much, I will likely stay. You and Rob are
apparently both terribly vexed by my posts, so I may just have some fun with
you two. After all, you and Rob "troll" just as much as you say Phillipe
    and I do.

I warned him to watch for hidden activation fees. That is a service.
Unlike your continued lunacy on other threads, I did post something that was
    on point.

Yes it would - I have read this whole thread and there is absolutely no
answer to the original poster's question. Why don't you guys email each
    other privately. DonnaB

Actually, a few folks did supply him an answer, one which you replied to

Thank you, now answer the question.

Johnny Cochran said "He's got the hits, you MUST admit (him to Hall of
Fame), on CNN when discussing Rose with Alan Dershowitz.
