Maybe I'm missing something here. Twist out of what?

As to Phillippe, he's the one who brought up the Verizon comment in this
thread, which you yourself contradicted. As for other falsehoods, he's said
that I've cussed 100's of times, just by pulling up a list of threads out of
Google, where the other posters were responsible for that.

He's the one that provides web articles as coming on line "just today", when
they were posted 2 months previously.

He's the one posting web article links from last year, and saying they are
    current.

He said that SPCS's churn rates were 3.5, then changed them to 3.1. and he
had been notified before and after that the churn was 2.4.

He's the one who said that everyone was denying there was a problem with
    SPCS.

He's the one who's changed his ID (not only his handle, but his email
address as well) TWICE, just to get around everyone else's kill filters.

I could go on and on, but this thread is going nowhere fast and is
definitely again off topic to the newsgroup.

Once again, you can have the last comment if you want, I'm getting off this
tired old thread, and going back to the threads dealing with SPCS.

Bob::getting real tired of Justin's posts here, as they certainly aren't
    discussing SPCS::

Out of the fact that you denied having cussed recently, then you were proven
wrong. Then you tried to twist out of it by saying that sh*t isn't a bad
word. Now you're trying to say that you haven't posted anything false about
Sprint. We're not talking about Sprint at the moment. We're talking about
    your problem with the truth.

I can admit that I was wrong, as in the post about catching up with Verizon.
    Can you?

Justin:: thinking that Bob has discussed lots of things other than Sprint,
    and is now a hypocrite.

I don't understand why people talk about one company over another in terms of
customer service when the only thing that counts is if you can make a phone call.
I lived in NJ and Verizon was the best, and I loved it. I moved to OH and the area
I'm in Sprint is it and its all I got love it or not. If you can find a better service go
for it. I find its better to make the best of what works then looking for problems with
    everything.

Getting a correct bill, or being able to easily correct a error filled
    bill doesn't matter to you?

You might have to keep an eye on your bill but what's the point of a company with no
billing problems if you can't make a phone call. If there is a better company in your area
then why not just go with them. I like to be able to make a phone call when I like. I wish
    life was perfect too!

Maybe I'd like the good Sprint Network, wothout the grief of absymal
Customer Service? Maybe since its causing Sprint to be losing money,
I'd like them to stay in business?

Why does he need to provide a link??

    Its known fact...

Sprint PCS has an estimated 14-15 million customer
Verizon Wireless has an estimated 34.6 Million
Sprint PCS is ranked as the 4th largest Wireless carrier in the united
states in terms of customer base, and Obviously Verizon is Ranked #1 in
    terms of customer base.
and in your OWN post regarding customer service study from JD power,
Sprint PCS ranked last, while Verizon Wireless ranked first.

So obviously what he said seems to be true.

Well, you have numbers to show subcribers, and that's all good. But
    where are your complaint figures?

    > and in your OWN post regarding customer service study from JD power,

And JD Power does this based on customer satisfaction surveys. They do
not collect actual user complaints. Your statement was that Sprint is
#1 in complaints.... so where's that data?

I was in no way meaning to bash Sprint PCS, but I thought those surveys
in a way deal with complaints.. If the customer has issues with Sprint,
then of course they are going to give a poor survey on the company, ya
    know.

    * My bachelor elder son has Sprint PCS for a goodly bunch of
years now; He seems to like them.
    * My younger son and his wife both have SPCS shared plans &
2 phones for a few years; they seem to like SPCS.
    * My younger son's inlaws also have 2 phones and a shared
SPCS plan; they seem to like SPCS.
One of my very elderly cousins has SPCS and likes them.
    * My wife & I have 2 SPCS phones on a shared plan for the
last 3 years or so; so far no complaints from us either!
