Rest assured I have never used obscene or inappropriate language,
or created falsehoods like Master Lane did.

We just have a few SprintPCS apologists that get bent out of shape if
anyone reports their experince with Customer Service, and it doesn't
match the corporate spin; or if anyone posts links from the web that
refutes their spin on Improving Customer Service or low rates of churn.

And how do they respond lies, insults, and worse. So I KILL file
the childish responses like Master Vargas.
