You can't. JD Power refuses to release the details of their survey.

You can check out the survey, and if you know how to read, you can get the
details of the survey. Not the specifics, just the categories and
importance. But Rob wouldn't know anything about that.

I already posted two of your lies today. The 800 vs. 1900 lie and the 8100
lie. Proof enough. You're just too stupid to discuss them.

No you didn't. You simply CLAIMED it was a lie. As usual, what you=20
claim and what actually is lie in different directions.

No, it was a lie. Your small mental capacity cannot grasp that what you
posted was FAR from fact and basically a product of your rectum. Want to
review the two posts? Ok, lets do so:

    >Justin wrote:
    >>In addition, I wasn't given the full, "as-advertised" discount. I
    >> was only given $100 off of each phone.

Let's examine this under the light of logic, which will probably blind you,
Mental Midget. At any given time, you are saying that Sprint sold the 8100
for $99 with a 2 year contract. I bought two, at a time where they were
$230 less $130 discount, if signing up for a two year contract. Two of the
8100s cost me $280, after a $100 discount on each phone. Not only did the
phones cost me that much, I *was* signed up for a two year contract, on the
    spot, and *without* my knowing.

I was under the complete impression that I was being treated differently
because I was having trouble. I was purchasing two phones for an existing
account, that was all, and that was what I told the morons in the store.
    Next...

    >In article <[email protected]>, [email protected]
    >says...
    >> Yes you WERE wrong. You said that I received the correct discount. I di

    d
    >>not. You lied, posting drivel you couldn't verify or back up.
    >>

    >No, you *did* receive the correct discount. You did not go in as a
    >retail customer. If you had, the discount would have been available as
    >a mailin rebate. You got the biggest instant rebate *you* had
    >available, since you were not activating new lines. You were not
    >eligible for the $130 rebate under the conditions you had in effect at
    >the time.

    >BTW, that *is* a different argument. You were undergoing tech support
    >issues. Those never qualify for retail rebates.

    >--
    >-+-
    >R
    >O/Siris
    >I work for SprintPCS
    >I *don't* speak for them.

Then here's the question: If I received the correct discount, then please,
Mental Midget, tell me *why* Sprint signed me up for a two year contract
*without* my permission, if I was a *tech support* case, and different than
a new customer. I was buying new phones because *they suggested* I do so in
order to get service in the area I live. Sounds like a scam to me to sell
someone a phone. Especially when they probably KNEW that service was crappy
in my area and never would admit it.

And I'm sure you're all for that kind of business.
