It's also exagerating to say that the letter caused NO harm. It may not be
a direct monetary harm or cost.
I've had cell service with three different companies over the past six
years. I was never signed up for something I didn't ask for until Sprint.

How can we be guilty of stretching something by ommission when that hasn't
    happened to us?

Wrong on all counts Ric. First off I am not a customer of Verizon.
Secondly if Sprint scares its customer with an incorrect letter. how is
that OK because other cellular companies make similar errors?

And we have only your word on those mailing, feel free to post some here.

So why is Sprint #6 then and not number 2??

Why is Sprint still not profittable.

Why does Sprint have the highest churn rates?

Why did Consumer Reports also rate Sprint Customer Service
    so low?

Why are all the Sprint apologists always saying about *2:

    They shouldnt have done that
or They should have known that.
or They make that mistake commonly.

Why does Sprint still keep Excutive Services a secret?

If you only want to read half my posts fine. If you think Sprint is
    perfect,
thats your priveledge, others know better. Sprint will never improve and
become profitable if it and its apologists refuse to accept and improve
upon its problems. Custopmer Service is at the top of that list,
as exemplified by that "harmless" letter.

Here's a hint, Justin: this thread isn't about adding something without=20
someone's permission. There's the dishonesty again.

This is about a letter concerning casual usage charges. Users with=20
Vision service packs are unaffected by it. Hence no harm.

Doesn't mean it wasn't stupid to send the letter, but it was and is=20
    harmless.

If you would EVER accurately respond to those with whom you disagree,=20
you'd be far more engaging, Philly. That's a double shame in your case,=20
because you've proven you're capable of it. And that means you=20
deliberately and maliciously choose to do it.

NO ONE. Not one person here, has said that Sprint is perfect.

Ok, I've tried to ignore you for a few days, but now you're calling me a
liar again. You tool, it is not dishonest to post your experiences.
    Perhaps that last sentence
should have ALSO read: "I've had cell service with three different
companies over the past six years. I was never sent an incorrect letter by
    any of them."

Again, because I strayed slightly off topic, I'm a liar. Screw you.

And now you've lied. You posted the link once. You NEVER listed the
reasons(pl). After that, all you would say was something like:

Blah blah blah already posted link blah blah blah already discussed it blah
blah blah liar blah blah blah lying blab blah blah blab dishonest blah blah
blah Nextel's president says so blah blah blab blah blah.

You stated there were reasons given in the article, which I read four times.
I did not see more than one reason. That reason being that that spectrum
was available for use in the US. You keep saying you posted link after link
and listed your reasons, but you're lying out your ass. All you have to do
is post the link to the thread where you listed the reasons(pl) to prove me
wrong. But you can't do that because such a link does not exist.

Again, I've offered to drop this topic twice now, and you still come back
for more, calling me a liar.

Even after I ignored you for a day or two, you're STILL posting responses to
    me, calling me a liar.

Makes people wonder who's stalking who.

When they are irrelevant to the topic at hand, yes they are. This=20
thread has NOTHING to do with adding anything on without permission.

    More dishonesty by diversion.

You asked about conversations, Justin. I posted to you at least THREE=20
examples of conversations I have had and am still having with those,=20
unlike you, who post to every thread as if the $30 you claim to have=20

WHERE? You still have NEVER listed the reasons. That is a FACT.

Bull ****. I've asked you SEVERAL times to post your reasons why 1900 is
better than 800 MHz. You haven't posted CRAP about your reasons(PL) that
1900 is better. And AGAIN, you can't even post a link to show WHERE you
posted the reasons(PL), though you continue to claim that you have.

I DID post my part of the conversation. All you would post is:

bla blab blah blab liar, blah blah blah blab posted already, blah blah blah
Nextel's president says so, blah blah blah.

    Real discussion there, Rob.

Nothing I posted was dishonest. Off topic, a little perhaps. I did not
LIE. Do you know what a lie is, Rob? It's when YOU claim to have
discussions, when in fact all you do is call people liars.

    >It wasn't that slight, and it's been so consistent that I no longer

In your opinion. And it WASN'T a lie. In six years and three carriers,
it's true, I NEVER was signed up for a service I didn't ask for, NOR did I
ever receive a screwed up letter.

Not a lie, Rob. You're obsession with proving me to be a liar is really the
    only discussion you post.

Oh goodie, a two-fer special. Two examples of your dishonesty in one=20
    paragraph.

First of all, I never said 1900 was better than 800. *YOU* said it was=20
always worse. I don't have to argue the exact opposite to say that's=20
wrong, Justin, and that's all I *ever* said, that it's not always worse.

Secondly, you brought up the unfounded accusation that I'm incapable of=20
conversation, Justin. Not *just* that one particular one, but of it all=20
in general. And I have posted several examples of it. Including in=20
this very thread with Nomen's response to me.

I converse all the time, Justin, with those who converse with me. but=20
if you're going to be dishonest about what I'm saying, and you have=20
indeed done exactly that, then I'm going to call you on it.
