As a Verizon employee with a Verizon phone, it's awfully strange your wanting
to tell Sprint what to do.

Look, I'm not going to argue with you.. I will tell you the whole
    purpose once again for Retention..

To retain customer wishing to cancel or to retain customers who's
contract is up are thinking of canceling if not given a better deal.

That is the whole "Purpose" of retention.. Wether or not its followed
anymore because of jacka$$es that call in and LIE all the dame time, and
cause Sprint to hike up prices for everyone else is another story.

Hey, since you work in a Verizon store... do you know if they are going
to be offering any special promotions for Free Up Customers over the
holiday season? For instance, I know that when one would reup $50,
he/she would get 200 bonus weekend minutes... VZW recently changed it to
only 100 minutes. Do you think there is a chance of it going back up
for Christmas... or of an alternate Holiday promo?

Has Free Up been pretty popular with your store/location?

    Thanks,
    Eric
