issues. Will Sprint stay in business? Will a $1 billion cut be enough, or is it
just part of a death spiral like we saw 2 years ago with Montgomery Wards.

It was a direct response to your post and fully on topic with its contents,
which I will quote here to serve your memory:
"If your biggest problem in life is that Phillipe changed his alias for
posting, you are indeed a fortunate person.
An older gentleman once told me, "You can judge a man by the size of a
problem he worries about". "

cash flow, the capital investment, in a world oriented toward
communications will fail--get real.

It happened to Montgomery Wards, It could
happen to Sprint. Cutting corners some more just when Number Portability is
coming in, can only hurt.

I don't think it will be as bad for SprintPCS as some people believe.
Where I am, there are a few large corperations and many small businesses
who want to bring their numbers over to SprintPCS when portability kicks
in.
A few techs I know will say the same thing for their area.
Considering the stores generaly don't deal with large accounts (more
than 5-10 lines) then I can easily guess there are quite a few more
would want to.
And yes, some companies will leave for other providers.

Likely there'll be a big push for you to start selling Sprint Long
Distance at the stores.

logo tattooed onto your forehead. Me? I'm so confused I just don't know what
to believe anymore!
LMAO ---- what a collection of putzs, never seen anything like it in my

#11 | | Guest | Sprint is too big to go out of business.. even IF they have to file
chapter 11 it will not mean the company will just vanish. Worldcomm MCI
filed for chappter 11 but are still around, and are about to emerge from
chapter 11..

#12 | | Guest | Anyone else speculating "Sprintposter" is actually Phillipe? Who would
actually create an AOL name "Sprintposter" except someone hoping to incite
arguements in these newsgroups?

Did't Philippe make the comment in one of his posts that he sucks
dicks? It was about a month ago or so.
According to my boyfriend, that should certainly qualify Philippe
as being Gay. | | | |
