Re: PDA Phone question
That is very strange. Glad that we could get it straightened out
though.

Re: PDA Phone question
shouldn't any more, all the older vision plans from before August were
that all were only $15, but they switched those to $30 including palm.
You may have also gotten a rep that didn't know about it and just gave
it to you.

Re: PDA Phone question
If you want you can go back to the store and ask that person for a
customer service survey card and can fill that out accordingly. This
should not get him fired it will just make sure that every one else who
works with him will get a special training with him on the issue.

Every other SprintPCS employee today says its $15 for a Palm phone
and $30 for the PPC phones for unlimited Vision add-on.
Is everyone else wrong, or just you?

Re: PDA Phone question
It depends on the operating system of the PDA phone. Windows CE devices
require, if I remember correctly, a vision plan of $30.00 a month, but palm
based devices the price is $15.00, $10.00 for those on an old plan. I have
the i500 and I am paying $10.00 a month for vision.
Hopefully that helps.
