    shouldn't any more, all the older vision plans from before August were
    that all were only $15, but they switched those to $30 including palm.
    You may have also gotten a rep that didn't know about it and just gave
    it to you.

    If you want you can go back to the store and ask that person for a
    customer service survey card and can fill that out accordingly. This
    should not get him fired it will just make sure that every one else who
    works with him will get a special training with him on the issue.

    Every other SprintPCS employee today says its $15 for a Palm phone
    and $30 for the PPC phones for unlimited Vision add-on.

    Is everyone else wrong, or just you?

    It depends on the operating system of the PDA phone. Windows CE devices
    require, if I remember correctly, a vision plan of $30.00 a month, but palm
    based devices the price is $15.00, $10.00 for those on an old plan. I have
    the i500 and I am paying $10.00 a month for vision.
