#1 | | Guest | boy, I sure hate to splatter statistics with facts but I happen to
LOVE my sprint service. I had Verizon for 4 years. My Sprint coverage
is equal to that which I had with Verizon and my bill is about half.
Their multi-phone plan (which I have) is great for families (I have a
4 phone deal) and calls between sprint customers are free. I have
little or no lost service when I travel and the clarity is just great.
While I was reasonably happy with reliable Verizon their plan was
nowhere near as competitive and the deals they offered just weren't up
to par with Sprints.
Keep in mind...Firestone was a great tire until one incident with
Explorers. I bet if you did a quality control on their products now
you would find they compare with Michelins. Coming in last has a way
of making you either try harder to be the best or you go out of
business (cuz NOBODY has time for crummy service in the cell phone
market.)

well.. I rarely have a issue with customer service, unless it's
collections lol Just had an issue with them today were they didnt
even WANT to help me.. all I asked them for was a 5 day extention of my
cut off date so I could pay my PDB, but nooooooo they couldnt do it,
when I know damn well they can since I used to work for Sprint PCS
customer care..

#3 | | Guest | My experience is to take it to the top. Service reps go by the book.
So do most of their superiors. It's not until you get OUT of the
customer service realm that you start to get answers and reasonable
decisions. I had to do this with Verizon (and it took 2 days to do
it.) It's sad that they no longer empower their employes to make smart
business decisions

Have you ever driven a vehicle with Firestones and then replaced them
with Michelins? If you did, you would realize what crap Firestones
are. I can't wait until the Firestones on my new van wear out (30K
miles should do it) so I can replace them with Michelins. I get 80K
on a set of Michelins on my pickup.
I just cancelled my Sprint PCS account that I had from the Sprint
Spectrum days. Too expensive on a cost per minute, even considering
that we gave up FIMF. Coverage poor in the DC Metro area.

Most Firestone tires are now labled Bridgestone.

I agree on all counts. I replaced a set of biodegradable General Tires
with Michelin X-One, and its day and night! And in D.C. my son likes
his Moto v60i on Verizon. | | | |

time, I wouldnt have had to worry about it.. But unfortunatly unforseen
circumstances arose to were I had to divert that money elsewere.

Did you call them up to inform them you couldn't pay, or let them draw their
own conclusions? | | | |

#9 | | Guest | Why does it matter to you??
But if you must know, no, I did not call them untill they sent me a vm
explaining I was past due and my service would be suspened.. I then
called them, asked then when the shut-off date was. They said Sept 26th,
I did not get paid again till the 30th.. I informed them The reason it
was last is becuase I had to redirect over $300 towards new tires on my
car, becuase I was risking a blowout because one of by tires had a
broken radial belt (Looked like it was about to have tread seperation),
and the others were getting bald. But they still would not extend the
shut off date.. But I really cant BLAME them, becuase I did not pay my
bill on time.. But they could have been courteous and extended it to the
30th.

If you'd called first, they might have, though SPCS tends to be rather strict
about due dates.

becuase there last two messages they sent me, gave me attitude, and
tried to contridict me.
