Another example of your lies, Justin. I didn't say the study wasn't=20

On what basis, Justin? Problem Resolution? Don't know. JD Power won't=20
say. Courtesy? Don't know. JD Power won't say. Actually, *didn't*=20
say. Now, at least, there's some specifics starting to emerge:

    http://www.jdpower.com/cc/telecom/jd...eless/Find.jsp

Of course, if you look at each individual region and tally up the=20
results, it starts looking like a very thin margin from top to bottom.

Billing practices were average or above average in every single region. =20
So, too, our plans and services.

Quite frankly, only Alltel seemed at all consistent in scoring below=20
average. That's actually troubling to me. It's too easy to dismiss the=20
ratings as not significant or as a smaller problem because we rate so=20
    highly.

And despite your characterization of me, I've NEVER denied we have=20
    problems. Big ones.

It amazes me how 6 out of the 7 can all be "Better than most" in
    the billing category.

By the nature of you continually refusing to discuss it, repeatedly saying
that you can't discuss it because the evil JD Powers won't call you up and
give you the survey, you're bashing it. You're damn sure not discussing it.

But really, who cares? I'm still waiting on you to back up your other
drivel. Where did I lie in my story, Rob?

What's amazing is Rob's refusal to acknowledge the link I've now posted for
    him 3 times.

Or his inability to use an internet browser.

He's in permanent DENIAL, looking for any straw to use against JD Power,
cause it correctly rated Sprint Customer Service as last. Even Lauer
    admits problems, vargie doesnt.

Specific is relevant, moron. Plenty specific to see that Sprint was LAST.
