People, people not every call to CS is a customer wanting to complain, he could
listen to 100 calls and still not get a complaint. He could also get 10
complaints in a row - but that still doesn't mean every call is a complaint.

I wish there was a way for everyone posting on this newsgroup to sit in a Call
Center for just 4 hours - some of you have no idea of the atmosphere,
procedures or anything else concerning call centers.

I know they lie to get people off the phone.

No, Justin they all do not lie to get people off the phone - you cannot judge
and condemn everyone for what someone did to you.

Yeah, my case was an isolated incidence. Sure it was.

The CSR bad behavior happens because they are encouraged to cpmplete the
call, and make sales; and it results in the low rating Sprint gets from
JD Power and Consumer Reports; and the high churn rates.

Certainly there are some good CSRs, and some have or come close to
nervous breakdowns because of the pressures management puts them under.

And your source for this tidbit of nonsense is what?

I didn't say that Justin - you condemn everyone for what happened to you and
refuse to listen if someone has something good to say - you won't accept that
someone has a good experience. No one is questioning that you had a bad
experience - but you refuse to listen if anyone tells you of a positive CSR
    experience.

Sorry, no one is allowed to ask anyone to back up posts.

Not in any words - you look for things to jump on - if you can't find them- you
make them up just as you have done with what I said.

I didn't twist or misconstrue anything you said - but you are trying to do
    that with my words.

"No, Justin they all do not lie to get people off the phone - you cannot

    You're quote.

    First, you're WRONG.

Second, what did the next part of that post mean if not that it was an
    isolated incident?

There is no back-up for that remark - so you come up with a non-existent
    excuse.

    Sort of childish.

Dropt it. That's what I'm continually told when I ask Rob for backup. Why
shouldn't that apply to you as well? Are you special?

You wouldn't know that reading the forum. People post their good
experiences as sole defenses to attacks on Sprint.

You went their first, ass. You claimed that something didn't happen.
