Justin, my quote is exactly what I meant to say - you can't judge everyone for
what happened to you .And people who have good experiences can't judge their
experience to yours.
I didn't say you were not treated right - and you saying I am wrong t about
people having good experiences - you actually believe that every customer,
every person who calls CSR has a bad experience? If you do you really have a
problem with your thinking process.
And that is my last say on this - not going to get into your childish games and
that is exactly where you are trying to take me.

Nope not special. But you know there is no backup for this so you play your
Rob won't do it so I don't have to game.
You can't back it up - and you know it. Now are you going to pout because you
know there is no back up and that remark has not been made here.
Another thread I am dropping - so find someone else to try to get riled up and
argue with you.
You must enjoy arguing - never seen anyone go to such trouble to find a way to
argue about everything and anything.

Interesting that you fail to realize just how small a group of "other=20

Did you notice my response to moonraker, even when he took offense at my=20

Are you sure your view isn't just a bit selective?

Re: alt.cellular.sprintpcs- quickly becoming a black eye for the Company
I have to say I agree with Scott completely. When I first started
reading this NG I couldn't believe some of the stuff I was seeing Sprint
employees posting on here. SOME of it does make the employees look
terrible. I'm not necessarily talking about an answer that may not be
100% correct, because those are hard to come by. The responses to some
of the other people in the post, whether we are at home or at work, we
are still Sprint Employees and should treat customers as we would in the
office. As for some of the other replies to this post stating a lot of
the problems are fault of management, I don't agree with that. I am not
in front line customer service, I am in Tier 1 so I may see it a bit
differently, however, at least in my call center, I have seen a 100%
change in focus on the representatives within the last year and a half.
Quite a while ago there was a lot of focus on call times but that hasn't
been the case in a very long time. We are completely graded on customer
service skills. I don't feel I can give details without getting myself
in trouble, but there have been many changes for the positive in my
eyes.
