PERCEPTION IS REALITY. If you can't accept that, ask Montgomery Wards.

and SprintPCS rated last, whether the TROLLing SprintPCS apologists
accept or not, Mr HatonCat

Wh t actually amazed me was how close everyone "above average" was.
The spread was only a couple of points. Certainly nothing to get too excited
about!

There was about a 20 point spread between the top and Sprint. Out of a
little over 100 points. That's 20%.

I said between the "above average" companies. Basically everyone ranked
about the same except the bottom two.

20% is the difference between PASSING & FAILING. but maybe you never
went to school

20% is the difference between staying Governor and Being recalled.

20% is the difference between a Fair cellular company, and one with
abysmal Customer Service that has its help also upselling.
