You like Lane are totally mischaracterizing the "Anonymous" (idenified
elsewhere) post. And since what was told to be done with the
"true information" has been already discussed here, I can only now
identify you as an accessory after the fact to any harrassment that
    results.

After reading these past two posts, now I'm sure it's you Phillipe ...
So, that makes it at least 16 ID changes now ...

Why would you ask a sales rep to do tech support, though? Are there any
technical people at the stores? (I've never dealt with technical issues
    at the stores, myself.)

I'll admit Sprint has issues. Stupid issues, at that. Like.. because of
the idiotic way the billing system is set up, when I moved from Ohio to
Cali my contract was extended, and a note was put on the account but it may
    or may not stay there.

I have a plan to deal with that, however... wifey needs a phone, and I'm going
to drive the 40 minutes to the Sprint store in Redlands instead of buying a
phone up here in Victorville at Radio Shack, and they're going to give me a
    discount on a new phone.

Like someone who changes ids 15+ times to avoid killfilters (and refers
to his other ids as if they were other real people) is a credible
    source.

Sometimes the "tech" work is not all that technical. As a professional
you should have some basic troubleshooting skills to help the customer.

    Are there any

In some stores there are not. Some stores do not have "specially
trained" employees to handle issues "technical issues". Even the
employees who are supposedly trained to handle technical issues are not
    all that extensively trained.

I actually enjoy "trolls" like you, ben. I've never denied that SprintPCS =

I would disagree with you about your opinions about Sprint. I am
however curious about what you do exactly. You sound like a CC rep, but
I've also heard noises that you might be more of a tier 1 support rep.
what is true ( if you don't want to respond here I understand, I have a
spamcatcher I can let you use)

It might be actionable if it's malicious, even if it's true.
