Adding Vision

Is it still possible to add unlimited Vision to a retention plan and
is the cost still an extra $10/month? Will I be able to do this with
the Treo 600?

Yes, you can add it to a retention plan. It's $15/month now. And it shoul=

still be an option with the Treo 600.

I *don't* speak for them.

SprintPCS Vision is $15/month for a Treo 600 regardless of calling plan, but
first 2 months are free.

What happens if you try to change an existing plan, with $10 vision--I
changed last summer and c/s let me retain the $10 vision; is that
still current policy?

No, it's not. But we *do* have the ability to keep it in effect. Strictly=
by=20
policy, when you change plan, you change to whatever feature is current at =
that=20
time. For a customer with a high value to us, or who'd been with us a long=
=20
time, I'd probably try to keep it in effect.

My understanding is that particularly if you are a business customer, and
perhaps if you're not but have some mechanisms of persuasion, you can
still get Vision for $10/mo unlimited by not getting any "Vision pack" tacked
on (which is $5 of the $15/mo pricing). I did this recently.
