Re: Sprint cant even execute a loyalty campaign right.

If you werent so quick to post a know it all response and read the thread,
you'd see I called an unpublished 800 SprintPCS number and got a cash credit to
my account for my "loyalty".

If they weren't spending their time on training for upselling, they could train
the *2 reps on Vision and you wouldn't have to be transfered.
I am convinced their efforts have having *2 folks doing upselling is counter
productive.

I *am* a Vision tech. So it probably wasn't me.
Yeah, though, I work nights, till 11:15.

This is what makes you so frustrating, Phill. You have a few good=20
points, and you toss stupidity into the same post to destroy your own=20
credibility.
There is a department for billing/plan issues and questions, there is a=20
department for voice/calling issues and problems, and there is a data=20
support department. So what if he needs to get transferred to get to=20
the right department? It's the multiple transfers that are a problem.

Indeed. The phrase "Get a life!" seems almost as if it were invented for
morons like him, who make a federal case out of what is in the scheme of
things a minor mistake.

So true- everything is a catastrophe of major proportions, and the only role
of this group (in his eyes) is to whine about the lack of concern everyone
else has about his imaginary problems.
