Can anyone please send me a copy of the update to allow snapsync to
work with the VGA1000 (a620)?

The file is available on the website, but I don't have access to the
download area. Can anyone please send me the small upgrade file for
the VGA1000 phone?

Just enter your serial number on the web site - then you can download the
file.

I don't have access to the download area or I would download it...
That's why I'm asking for anyone's help in emailing me this upgrade
file for the a620 phone...

Click on the "I Accept" button, put in the email address and serial number
you used to register your old software, and there you go.

If you go to http://www.superpages.com and look up "Radio Shack", I'm sure
they can help you get a legal copy -- with a serial number.

If you have a legal copy of the software then you have a legal serial number
and should get it off their website. You don't want someone unknown
emailing you a virus-laden copy, anyway.

If you in fact do have legitimate software and lost your serial number, just
shoot an email to [email protected] and they will be glad to help you.

Not quite true.

I have a legal copy of the software but until literally last week I did not
have a serial.

they do not "retain" the number so even though I registered they did not
have access to it. they gave me a temp over the phone so I could get updates
etc..

last week I found my CD with the little paper with the serial on it. I have
since backed it up in case I lose it again.

Just give futuredial a call they will help you out if your legit.
