as i mentioned earlier, the no ringer on LG 5350 may be an
"other-than-ringtone-file" which the handset itself installs as the default
ringer. press menu, 8, 1, 1, 1 - observe the name of the ringtone under the
3 categories of calls. if it is NOT a ringtone, change it to the desired
ringers. cycle the phone (power off and on) make a call to the handset. prob
should be gone now. it will not help to look at the ringer associated with
any particular name inside the name directory in the handset, as that ringer
name will be correct. rather it is in the menu 8,1,1,1 sequence that the
problem exists.

if prob persists later, delete the offending file from your phone (it might
be a game or screensaver).
hopefully my 3 yrs experience fixing this prob with customers right in front
of me will help you out.
