Does anyone know the codes/process to return a SCH-3500 to the 'factory
    state'?
    That is:
    Clean out the phone Directory
    Clean out 'missed' calls
    Clean out 'incoming' calls
    Clean out 'outgoing' calls
    Remove all 'customization

I have bought new phones and will either donate the one I have or sell them
    on eBay,
but don't want the numbers to go with them

    TIA

I'm sure somebody *with* a 3500 will come to the rescue,
    but in the mean time:

Most Samsung phones have the "erase" functions within the
    "security" menu.

You can download the User Guide at www.samsung.com, although
they'll charge you $5 for it, but
its something that migh facilitate an eBay sale.

from Page 67 of User Guide:

    Erasing the Internal Phone Book:
    1. Press Menu
    2. Press S for Security - enter lock code
(If you've forgot it may be either 0000 or the last 4 #s of your phone #)
    3. Press 5 for Erase
    4. Press 3 for Phone book or
    1 for Call Logs or
2 for Messages (Page 93 in Guide)

    5. Press OK

Yes, and also from pages 80 and 93, and off the 7-Security menu is
option 6 - 'Reset Phone'. It erases all of the items listed below plus
sets options to factory defaults. However, your own phone number will
remain in the phone. That will be replaced when the phone gets
    reprogrammed from someone else.

The manual is available for free at
