and the stock is getting diluted. SprintPCS gave 100,000 shares (for free) to
President Len Lauer in September 03 for his work in watching Churn increase.

    Re: Apologize this

My name is Phillipe and I suffer from having multiple personalities. I
like to post crap information about Sprint's stocks over and over
again, despite the fact that no one takes me seriously. I think Sprint
will go bankrupt, and I have helped them by getting a killer retention
deal and ripping them off royally! I will admit to biting the hand
that feeds me since they were nice enough to give me a good deal to
keep me as a customer, but then I turn around and trash talk them any
    chance I get.

I need help, but am probably beyond it. The best thing for me to do is
bury my head in the sand and let Sprint kick my ass like it so
    deserves.

Hey Phil are you out of your freakin mind? Why would I waste my time
trying to impersonate you? I have much better things to do. You better
    check your facts again.

No Phil- WE are not waiting for an apology. We are enjoying you getting a
taste fo your own medicine. WE are waiting for you to answer quite a few
questions. WE are sick of you whiney tone. WE can't stand your lack of a
clue. WE are waiting for the day when you realize that your rants are
totally without fact. But WE are not waiting for an apology- unless it
    comes from you.

Sorry, Lauer has done quite a bit to start to turn service around.
Levine had the mentality that he was going to try to increase new
activations to the point of cutting out customer service. Things
looked great for a little while until the true effects trickled down.
That is when it all started.

Lauer has been with the company less than a year and already the stores
have retention toold (not the best, but a lot better than what we had a
year ago). Programs have officaly started where they sell
reconditioned phones (6 month warranty) as an inexpensive alternative
for people who don't qualify for upgrade programs (and these phones
sold for around $20). Waived activation fees left and right, I've also
seen more training for customer service reps.

It takes time for a company to dig itself out of a ditch that past
leadership spent years putting itself into.

I think he's done a better job than Levine did.

I am not really waiting for this, as I do not have a time table.
But, I think it is possible that in the not too distant future verizon
will not be number one and Sprint PCS will not be number four. No
matter what (phil, cat, etc.) would hope for.

Anything in particular that makes you say this? I'm always looking for a
    fresh view on things.

    Re: Apologize this

It is typically of all thats wrong with Corporate America that Lauer is GIVEN
-gratis - free- no cost - 100,000 shares of SprintPCS. The man draws a
multimillion dollar salary, and is failing miserably as witnessed by the last
quarterly report by SprintPCS and the subsequent CRASH of its stock price.

If you must give stock to Lauer, then he should have gotten options at the then
    current price of $6/share.

So are you the guy that is going around here posting more Phill
impersonations? (Honest question). If so, please stop, it is not amusing.
If not, whoever is ... please stop, it is not amusing.
