    SprintPCS keeps losing money.
SprintPCS has the highest churn rate.
SprintPCS has the lowest rate of adding customers.
    SprintPCS is losing market share.
BEll South will soon buy AT&T wireless, leaving Sprint as an also-ran
Customer Service of SprintPCS is absymal. CSRs must try to upsell,

SprintPCS employees here will say any lie to coverup for Sprint.
SprintPCS apologists subconciously upset at paying $100/month
for their lousy service will stoop to any trick to try to intimidate

I successfully predicted SprintPCS bad results for July-Sept quarter,

Then explain why Verizon stock is closer to its 52 week low (as a percentage
    of market price) than PCS.

How many companies would you like me to list that consistently lost money
before turning a profit and becoming successful.

True, but not the 25% you keep throwing around.

    > SprintPCS has the lowest rate of adding customers.

But they added customers, didn't they?

    But they added customers.

This from a guy that can't answer any questions about the industry- great
    source of info.

Pretty big words from someone who NEVER listens to the other side.

I don't pay anything to Sprint, and I don't intimidate- I ask questions you
    are too ignorant to answer.

You, and every 1st quarter High School Accounting student who looked at
previous financials. How does this make you special?

Yeah- you showed your expertise in tracking down the imposter, didn't you?

What does me going to Mexico have to do with anything? Just tell me
    that? Why is that important?

I still don't know what all of this is about but I can tell you that I
did not take a trip to Mexico in 2000. I started posting on this usenet
forum in 2001 so anything before then was not from me.

You keep forgetting that they offer data speed and coverage that NONE
can match! I also find nothing lacking in their voice service! (I've
travelled quite a bit for years and have only had one roaming call.)

Can I get unlimited data over my phone, whether it's used as a display
device, or merely a modem, for $10 (I have it) or $15 with any other
    carrier?

Thats not what Wall Street is saying. Don't confuse money losing
SprintPCS (PCS) with better capitalized Sprint (FON). The fact that
Vision is so cheap is a minus, not a plus.

Oh? It dropped 20%, that's not considered a crash, you silly little boy ...

Well, that happens when you spend more than you bring in ... SPCS is still a
fairly new company and is still building out their system.

    > SprintPCS has the highest churn rate.

Uhhh, they all have high churn rates.

    > SprintPCS has the lowest rate of adding customers.

Ahh, but they did add customers this last quarter ... didn't they?.

    > SprintPCS is losing market share.

Oh? Did they drop their place in the order of size of cellular system
    customers?

    > BEll South will soon buy AT&T wireless, leaving Sprint as an also-ran

Totally bogus Phillipe. That was talk about LD & not wireless. What's more,
    Bell South dropped the offer.

You are so full of ****, your eyes are brown Phillipe ... CS has improved,
as reported here, and you still haven't proved calls can not go longer than
    6 minutes ...

You also said that the company would delay bankruptcy ... So Phillipe, where
    is this notice of Bankruptcy?

You did not predict a ****ing thing you moron, you posted a link to a
web site and made a comment about it. Can you explain how you had
anything to do with that web sites prediction? Are you saying you
work at thestreet.com and you had something to do with that article?

    Here is your message:

Where did you hear that from? One of your other identities?

Here is a perfect example of you taking inital misinformation and
running with it. Besides your obvious ****up about the ip address for
Sprintusers.com (which you have yet to acknowledge), does someone
really have to point out to you that there maybe more then one Larry
or Larry Thomas in the US? Or the simple fact that many people use
fake names on usenet and online? I've used many fictisious names over
the years for usenet, registering software, posting questions in blogs
etc.. Only you would take some half baked idea and make it a fact.

You are getting more and more desperate.
The first step in fixing a problem is admitting a problem exists. The
only person who has yet to see your problem is yourself.

    Thank you.

I assure everyone that I have never posted anything over Usenet prior
to late 2001. I have never used an alias or changed my ID. I have not
taken any trips to Mexico either. It's pretty amusing that old Phil has
resorted to this personal attack on me to try to cover up his own
    stupidity.

I apologize Larry. I am trying to cover up that fact that I am in love
with you and that you are so much more intelligent than I could ever
hope to be. I take trips to Mexico all the time... I don't see what's
wrong with it. I would go, but that would require me getting up off my
    knees.

Sorry, you'll forever be labeled as a Mexico apologist. Every "Larry
Thomas", pseudonym (sp?) or not, its you.

    (Note: Sarcasm)

    > actually help a user.*

Stretching words again? We had a call center person here stating the
AVERAGE call time was 6 minutes, and if they were really helping
customers, the supervisors didn't mind them going over. Do us all a
favor. Sit down with a stop watch and time 6 minutes. You'll see how
long that is. Now, most calls to call centers are "what's my balance",
"how many minutes do I have left?", "Where can I make a payment", and
countless other questions that it takes longer to pull up the account
than it does to answer the question.

Now, say you handle 5 calls, for your *AVERAGE* call time to be under 6
minutes, the total would be under 30 minutes.

Call one, what's my balance? - 2 minutes
Call two, Can you flag my account for a PRL update - 2 minutes
Call three, Where is a SprintPCS store near me? - 4 minutes
Call four - When does my biloing cycle end? - 2 minutes

(assuming they round UP to the nearest minute, but the numbers would be
lower if it was by the second)

OK, so we're at 10 minutes now, 4 calls done. (Call center clocks are
times from when you answer the phone to when you hang up, the rep can
note the account when they're off the phone).

That leaves call #5. What will it bo? To stay under the 6 minute
*AVERAGE* call time, that call can be up to 19 minutes long. Pretty
long time to take care of someone if they need it (and if you think
not, take your stopwatch again and time 19 minutes).

There is a HUGE difference between *average* call time and *max* call
time. We've had an admission from a call center rep that it is
    *average*.

As for Sprint PCS's stock "Crashing" why has it been going back up? My
401K company match is either in FON or PCS stock. Since PCS is low
right now, I've upped the percentage into PCS. Also, when it was very
low, I put more of my own contribution into PCS stock (bought between
$2.91 - $3.50 per share) and then I sold enough at $5.50 per share to
get out what I put in, and the rest is profit to me. Sure, it's gone
down, so I upped my contribution into PCS again a little.

Actually, I'm more puzzled by why you gloat so much any time there is
bad news about Sprint. I can't figure it out. It's just a friggin' cell
phone company, fer cryin' out loud. If its service deteriorates or its
prices rise to the point where I no longer consider it to be a good
deal, I'll switch carriers--particularly after number portability goes
into effect later this month. You rant about "Sprint apologists," but
you're the one around here who seems the most emotionally invested in
Sprint PCS--only in a negative way, so that you love it when something
bad happens. Very curious that. Perhaps you should consider getting a
    life.
