This has to be the stupidest thing in the world. If i want to store a number
don't I also want to store an address?
Now when I'm meeting people I have to put their address in a seperate
notepad note in the phone. This is absolutely retarded.
What gives? Is this going to be updated at some point? Screw ring tones and
cameras, this is the most basic feature. WTF!

I'm totally with you here! Same thing with A530. You can have almost 1K
contacts but no Street Address and no Memo fields. I was hoping in vain
to stop lagging around my PDA for basic contact information.
My wife's old GSM/TDMA Siemens S46 has these fields.

<sarcasm on>
Eeeeww.. mailing addresses (snail mail). It's an all digital phone, didn't
you read the manual? What's the phone gonna do with analog mailing
addresses.

Re: Why can't the phonebook app for LG6000 store addresses?
I have the LG VX4400 - while it does not have a specific address field
it does have fields for E-Mail, Memo & URL. These fields allow any
input. Since I don't need someone's URL on my phone I just put the
address in that field.

The 4400 has a limit of 48 characters for the URL field and 32 for
the memo field. You may need to abbreviate the addresses somewhat :-)

Okay, now I have to ask: is the 4400 the same?

Okay, I see there's already an answer to that.
