My wife and I both are using Ericsson T61c's on VZW America's Choice and have voice mail envelope info turned on. When I get a call from my wife, the message states the call is from "Mark D*****y" (in a man's voice)... but when I call her voice mail, her recorded name works fine. I had her re-record it anyway, but still have the same symptom. Any idea how one would remedy this? Thanks Steve L. | ||||
